The Bamboo model should be washed by hand only, avoiding abrasive sponges.
If small spots appear on the knife blades, they can easily be removed with a soft cloth and/or white vinegar.
The handles of Bamboo cutlery are made of laminated wood, and we recommend regular nourishment with olive or linseed oil to preserve the wood's lustre. We also recommend not soaking your cutlery. Avoid prolonged contact with staining foods (coffee, tea, tomato sauce...).
