The items are shipped to the delivery address indicated by the customer when ordering. Chronopost/UPS ensures delivery in a variety of times depending on the country and region. Once the order is taken into account, it is processed by our logistics department. You receive by email the tracking number of your package. In case of absence of the customer during the delivery, a notice will be placed in your mailbox informing you of the passage of the delivery service and inviting you to contact Chronopost/UPS.
