Our site is of course secure, as evidenced by the little padlock in front of our site address.

In your personal space, you can check the status of your order.

Of course, you can modify or cancel your order at any time. In any case, you have 2 weeks from the date of receipt to return your order if you are not satisfied.

Delivery

All orders are shipped from France, from our workshop near to Paris.

Postage is free for orders over £100 in mainland UK, below which we ask for a contribution of around £10 per shipment.

Of course; at your office, in a relay point, in one of our boutiques or any other address including abroad (shipping costs will be calculated according to the destination).

We ship worldwide.

Returns and refunds

Just contact customer service by email and they will send you a return slip by email.

We will exchange it immediately by sending us a photo of the damaged item.

After returning the merchandise, we will immediately issue a refund via the payment method you used to place your order.
